The glasses, the jawline, the stubble – and JESUS CHRIST Jessica Alba had some seriously puffy lips – he was the hot guy who should have made it bigger but somehow simply didn’t. Then you tell yourself, hey at least he’s still hot. That face of his will eventually make a comeback. And then he did, looking like this:
Here is Michael Weatherly, the Canadian lumberjack uncle you never had, who occassionaly dresses as Santa Clause on Christmas and tells you stories about the real fine Jessica Alba who almost became you aunt.
In order to make sure that she would look picture perfect for the MET Gala, Jessica Alba used Photoshop to adjust the brightness of her face and add a white filter before keying it back onto her neck before stepping out of her house. A toasted dark angel! I loved Dark Angel when I was in high school, but of course that was back when I thought Jessica Alba could actually act. Later I found out that her signature wide-eyed genetically engineered soldier look is just the way she looks in romantic comedies, sci-fi, and possibly documentaries as well. BUT, Jessica Alba is a beautiful human being and we shall always acknowledge that when we see one. Even when she’s a little toasted here:
She looks so… crispy. Maybe she just suntanned for like 15 hours before the photoshoot or the Self Mag photoshop guy was craving for hash browns that day, but in real life she’s actually quite fair-skinned:
But yes, she does like a whole lot more edible in the photoshoot than real life.
