I love Jennifer Garner and it will never change. Here’s why: She is such a good-looking woman and she actually lives in the same world we all live in. Here she is, just walking around with Violet (who looks absolutely angelic by the way), and she looks like a mother – not just a mother, but a good-looking mother. She manages to look healthy and fresh without any makeup, and I love the way her skin tone is exactly that of her daughter’s. I know it sounds odd, but we all know how rare that is among Hollywood mommies (think Tori Spelling). Ok enough analyzing. Now 1,2,3 – everyone go eeeewwwwww.
What I love the most about Jennifer Garner is how ordinary she is. She walks around Hollywood wearing jeans and sweaters like the rest of us. She takes her time to lose the baby weight just like the rest of us. She shops for her own grocery like the rest of us. But she does make the effort to dress up nicely for formal functions and premieres and such, and that explains my disappointment when I saw this:
I know, I know, she was meeting with a Congressman and not attending a movie premiere. But still, A little bit of mascara, a brush of blush, and perhaps some lipstick wouldn’t hurt right? Here she looks like she just stepped out of bed after having 4 hours of sleep in a mega-gravity zone. Maybe that’s how an ordinary mother of two is supposed to look like, but still, Jennifer Garner, we want you to be like the rest of us, not to be the rest of us. Now woman, go back to your room, and do something about those saggy cheeks of yours.
